Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your physical, mental, and spiritual wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals. I'll hold you accountable and you will get it done.

Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full mind and body wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers. You'll ditch the people-pleasing and imposter syndrome and feel confident in who you are as a whole

Achieving wellness is more than just exercise, diet, meal plans, relaxation, and sleep and much more, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, aromatherapy, workbooks, journaling and self-evaluation.

What you’ll get
Coaching Sessions
We will meet in three private coaching sessions each month via Zoom. Each coaching session will last 60 minutes. If my schedule allows, I will consider a fourth one.
Contacting Me
You have access to me via emails within business hours (M-F 9 am – 5 pm PT). All others will be answered the following day. This also goes for texting.
Seminars
My seminars are full of education, methods, facts, and solutions. My seminars and lectures are interactive and personal. You will walk away feeling powerful and ready to live a better life.
Commitment
A two-month minimum commitment is required. After that, we can continue on a month-to-month basis as needed.
For total transparency, a minimum of 9 - 12 months is usually needed to reach the goals you have. My clients want to reach the next level and they’re not afraid to put in the time and effort to achieve that.
What you will possess when we are done:
1. A clear plan for who you want to be.
2. New ways of being you and standing up for yourself in a healthier version of you mentally, spiritually, and Physically.
3. Clear boundaries for those around you and your health to do less but receive more so you stress less.
4. A simple strategy to FIND you on your journey and never turn back.
What CLIENTS I take:
If you’re not 100% ready, willing, to go deep, and not find an excuse for everything that comes up and committed to doing the work, I’m still the right coach for you.
If you’re not willing to invest the necessary time and money to find yourself and walk on this journey without excuses, I’m still the right coach for you.
I also only coach people on things I can personally support and feel good about. If you want to preserve your health and maximize the quality of your life book an appointment with me.
Packages begin at $1200. (I do offer payment plans as well).

How are the sessions structured?

What is the minimum commitment?
A 2-month minimum commitment is required. After that, we can continue on a path that fits your needs. To really get a base started a minimum of 6 months is usually needed to reach the goals you have.
Access to me outside of a session?
You will have unlimited access to me via text messages and emails within business hours (M-F 9 am – 5 pm PT). Depending on the Package you choose.
